Chalk paint is a great choice for painting laminate cabinets because it hides brush strokes.
Be careful of drips or paint build up.
However when it comes to laminate i have had great success in doing nothing.
A light sanding ensures the paint has a textured surface it can adhere to.
I plan on using chalk paint to do the cabinets.
Thinner coats will give better coverage.
